Can I see the design before it is printed?
Yes. We prepare your digital proof after payment and do not send the personalised items to print until you approve it. One correction is included.
Can I try WelcomeQ before buying a complete pack?
Yes. The £19 Starter Pair gives you two personalised guest-guide QR coasters with UK delivery included. If you upgrade to Essential or Plus within 30 days of payment, £10 of the Starter Pair price is credited to the new order.
What is included in the Plus pack?
Plus includes everything in Essential—the acrylic welcome block and three matching magnets—plus four 96 × 96 mm cork-backed coasters. Each coaster carries the same QR code linking guests to your existing digital guide or property website.
What is The Peculiar Naturalist Collection?
It is WelcomeQ’s most characterful design collection: midnight navy, aged ivory and brass layouts composed with genuine historic natural-history plates. The guest information stays clear and practical, while each physical piece feels more like part of the property.
What information can the magnets cover?
Choices include arrival and access, parking, bins, heating, hot-tub instructions, pet rules, support details and local tips. The welcome block can also include Wi-Fi details or a QR link to your existing digital guide.
Do you collect door or access codes?
Yes, when you choose the Arrival & access magnet. Enter the key-safe, door, gate, building or alarm instructions you deliberately give to guests, and they are printed as part of the approved design—nothing needs to be handwritten.
What if the property does not have a magnetic surface?
The welcome block stands by itself. The three information pieces are magnets and need a magnetic metal surface. A small steel display board can be added later if testing shows customers need one.
When will the pack arrive?
After proof approval, UK production normally takes around three working days. We quote 7–10 working days overall to allow for printing, checks and delivery.
Does the pack guarantee fewer guest messages?
No. It is a practical way to place short information where guests may need it, but it does not guarantee fewer messages, better reviews, more bookings or regulatory compliance.
