Is the £20 genuinely refundable?
Yes. It is credited against the £79 founding price and is refundable on request before your personalised product enters production. If WelcomeQ decides not to launch the pack, we refund it automatically.
What information can the pack cover?
Typical topics include Wi-Fi, checkout, parking, bins, heating, hot-tub instructions, pet rules, support details or a QR link to your existing digital guide.
Do you collect door or access codes?
No. Do not send door, alarm, key-safe or access codes. Wi-Fi details are only collected when you choose to print them.
What if the property does not have a magnetic surface?
Tell us before approving the preview. We check placement and magnet suitability before requesting the remaining balance.
When will the pack arrive?
This is a founding-customer test while we approve the physical sample. We confirm the production and delivery estimate before asking for the £59 balance.
Does the pack guarantee fewer guest messages?
No. It is a practical way to place short information where guests may need it, but it does not guarantee fewer messages, better reviews, more bookings or regulatory compliance.
